Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item is not a final sale or clearance item
- Item has not been altered or worn
If your item meets these conditions, you may proceed with the return process.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at support@makura.shop. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure you provide your order number and a clear reason for the return in your email.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the bank processing time may vary. Please note that the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have still not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@makura.shop and we will investigate the matter further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team via email and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to offer a refund instead if the item is no longer in stock.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
